Wanderer W 25 K (1937)

Der W 25 K von Wanderer kam 1936 als Konkurrent zum BMW 328 auf den Markt und wurde bis 1938 gebaut. Er blieb als Kompressor-Modell mit nur 221 gefertigten Exemplaren eine Rarität. Dieses Exemplar hat nach Auskunft des heutigen Eigentümers schon kurz nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg den Weg nach Argentinien gefunden und war dort im Besitz eines deutschen Emigranten. Ein Marken-Enthusiast aus Holland entdeckte den Wagen dann auf einer Südmaerika-Reise und konnte den Vorbesitzer zu einem Verkauf überreden. Über den Jahreswechsel 2005/06 wurde der Kompressor-Roadster dann von Buenos Aires nach Europa verschifft. Im Frühjahr 2007 beauftragte er einen bekannten Spezialisten aus Deutschland mit der Generalüberholung des Motors. Die heutige Farbkombination ist nach Recherche des Verkäufers die originale - ohne Frage steht sie dem Wagen ausgezeichnet und betont durch ihre zwei Farben die sportliche Linienführung dieses sympathischen Roadsters.

Wanderer's W 25 K came onto the market in 1936 as a competitor to the BMW 328 and was built until 1938. It remained a rarity as a compressor model with only 221 units produced. According to the current owner, this specimen found its way to Argentina shortly after the Second World War and was owned by a German emigrant. A brand enthusiast from Holland then discovered the car on a South America trip and was able to persuade the previous owner to sell it. Over the turn of the year 2005/06 the compressor roadster was then shipped from Buenos Aires to Europe. In spring 2007, he commissioned a well-known specialist from Germany with the general overhaul of the engine. According to the seller's research, today's color combination is the original one - without question it suits the car perfectly and emphasizes the sporty lines of this likeable roadster with its two colors.
