It was 1972, and the engineers faced a difficult task: they had to develop a successor to the hugely successful Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. Eight years later, in 1980, the Silver Spirit made its world debut at the Paris Motor Show. The design was now more angular, and large windows gave the limousine a more modern appearance. In 1989, the Silver Spirit II was launched, representing a technical evolution. This model range proved to be a ‘long-runner’. Between 1980 and 1989, 9,492 Silver Spirit models were delivered.
Our Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit II limousine was first registered on 15 October 1990 in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Since 2021, this classic car has been in the hands of its second owner in northern Germany. The odometer reading of approximately 52,000 km is, according to the owner, accurate. This classic car, with its perfectly coordinated colour scheme, could be a purchase for life.
