Description

With the high-performance 502 3.2 Super limousine, BMW had the potential for exclusive special series. The designer Count Görtz created the BMW 503 touring sports car, which was produced as a coupé and convertible with aluminium bodywork by Baur in Stuttgart. The price of around DM 30,000 for the convertible ensured exclusivity and only 139 examples of this model were built in 4 years. The soft top and the power windows were electrically operated. Today, those interested in classic cars appreciate this exclusivity.

Our BMW 503 comes from Portugal and has been registered in Germany since 2015. It is a marvellous touring convertible, technically in good order with a healthy body and light patina.
