Description:
The Mercedes-Benz 250 SE Cabriolet, built from 1965 to 1967, is a particularly elegant representative of the legendary W111 series. It combines timeless design with solid engineering and luxurious features. The powerful 2.5-liter inline-six engine with mechanical fuel injection offered a harmonious combination of performance and comfort for its time. Only 954 units of this exclusive model were produced – each of them meticulously hand-crafted. Today, the 250 SE Cabriolet is among the most sought-after classics of the Mercedes-Benz brand and is considered a stylish icon of the 1960s.
The vehicle offered here was originally delivered to the USA in 1966 and returned to Germany in 2020, where it has been in the care of a single owner ever since. Highlights include its largely untouched original condition, the excellently preserved body structure, and the low total mileage of just 78,426 km. The mechanics have been continuously maintained and overhauled over the years.
The engine, colour scheme, and interior match the original delivery specification according to the available Mercedes-Benz data card (matching-number).
A rare opportunity to acquire a highly documented 250 SE Cabriolet in an original and rare colour combination, presented in absolute exceptional condition.
Engine: Inline-6, 2,496 cc, 150 hp (110 kW)
