On offer is this real time warp DB4 Series 4 model.
Being offered to the market after 51 years of ownership, this highly original matching numbers car displays just 65,193 miles and was first supplied on the 10th March 1962 to a Mrs Gwynne of Middlethorpe Hall, York. Optional extras included the highly desirable overdrive gearbox.
Just 185 Series 4 cars were built between September 1961 to October 1962, the noticeable differences over the Series 3 cars being a lowered bonnet scoop, a barred type front grill to replace the “egg-box” mesh grill and a lower oil cooler vent.
Presented today in Dark blue with signs of the original Dubonnet underneath combined with the beautifully retained build sheet, Black Vaumol leather interior.
An exciting opportunity to either totally restore or recommission.
