Description
Volvo Amazon Estate imported from Luxembourg in 2021.
A very rare specification car with the most powerful engine powered by two carburettors and a gearbox with overdrive.
The car is always in constant use, with a documented mileage of 322,000. km.
In recent years, there have been new brakes, steering gear renovation, everything that was necessary for normal operation.
We drove it nearly 4,000 km this season.
Last service done in October 2022, and during it:
– changed oil + filter,
– valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and differential seal,
– adjusted rear brakes,
– seat belts for rear seat passengers.
The car is fully operational.
It is largely preserved in the original, the only exception is the replacement of the generator with an alternator.
Volvo has a beautiful patina, it's not like new, you can see traces of time on the bodywork.
The body seals are not new, the chrome is not perfect, there is some corrosion on body panels and rear window frames.
The car can be driven even daily, it is definitely better suited for this than most other cars produced in the 60s.
