James Young SC10
Description
1956 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud SC10 Sports Saloon by James Young of Bromley. James Young only built 24 cars to design SC10 (21 RHD /and 3 LHD – as shown in Davide Bassoli’s book “Every Cloud has a Silver Lining” page 179), and only a few of these cars have the small fins on the rear wings. SWA90 has been in the same family ownership since 1974 and in recent years has been stored at The Patrick Motors Museum in Birmingham. The car has always been dry stored and runs and drives but will require some recommissioning to the road after some years in storage. The engine runs quietly, the gearbox is smooth and the steering light. The odometer reads 79,000 which the owner, who has known the car for 48 years, believes to be correct. This is a wonderful opportunity to return a very scarce coach built Silver Cloud to the road. We are happy to undertake any renovation work the buyer decides on at extra cost. Please call for more information.
