A uniquely well-preserved Jaguar XJS Convertible 5.3 V12 is available.

The car currently has 50,600 miles (approximately 81,500 km) on the clock. There is absolutely no corrosion; the original paint looks brand new. No scratches, no spider webs, and no signs of wear whatsoever. The interior is equally pristine, with only the driver's seat showing a slight patina.

The engine, transmission, and brakes function perfectly. It passed its last German vehicle inspection (TÜV) in September of this year without any issues. The tire tread is still very good. A slight power increase (approximately 20 hp) has been achieved through the installation of Quick-Cat intake manifolds and an air filter. The Jaguar drives exceptionally well and glides along the road like a spaceship.

If the current wheels are not to your liking, I can offer the original Lattice wheels (BBS-style) in good condition.

In April 2021, work was carried out at a specialist workshop for approximately €3,700. These included:

• Front brake pads replaced
• Rear brake calipers and pads replaced
• Handbrake pads replaced
• Brake fluid changed
• Rear axle removed, partially disassembled, pinion bearings and seals replaced, input shaft seal replaced, rear axle reassembled
• Tie rod end boots on the front axle (left and right) replaced
• Rubber bushings on the front stabilizer link replaced
• Replaced rear axle bushings (front and rear)
• Brake hoses replaced
• 4 new headlights installed
• All fluids changed

Since then, the vehicle has been driven approximately 1,500 miles. There is absolutely no deferred maintenance. Just get in and enjoy the summer with this unique Jaguar convertible. Seasonal registration (March-October), road tax = €128/season, third-party liability + comprehensive insurance with €300 deductible / partial comprehensive insurance with €150 deductible = €214/season.

The vehicle is registered (historic vehicle registration) and can be test-driven by appointment in dry weather.
