The vehicle was first registered in Germany on 22 March 1988 and is a classic Quartett model in a beautiful Helios Blue. The first owner was Avis car rental in Stuttgart. I am the fourth owner.
The current mileage is 165,000 km. The vehicle is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol engine with 53 kW / 72 hp and a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The car is accident-free.
It comes with two original ignition keys, which operate both the doors and the glove compartment. In addition, there is a separate key for the fuel cap.
The soft top was replaced in 2020, before I purchased the vehicle in May 2021.
Shortly after the purchase, a comprehensive cavity rust protection treatment was carried out to preserve the bodywork long-term.
In 2022, the speedometer was serviced by a VDO specialist (Niederhellmann). The carburettor was also professionally reconditioned, cleaned, and fully refurbished by Grafenberger Vergaser & Motorentechnik GbR in Berlin, including ultrasonic cleaning.
The vehicle has been regularly serviced and presented for TÜV inspection every two years. The TÜV is valid until May 2027. All invoices and receipts for all maintenance and repairs since my ownership are fully available.

In my ownership, the car has always been stored in a dry, protected garage, regularly driven, and used for trips to Brandenburg and the Baltic Sea coast.
The car drives very comfortably and smoothly and is ideal for relaxed open-top cruising.
