Description:

According to available information from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, the vehicle was delivered on March 1, 1971, through the Porsche dealership Glöckner in Frankfurt am Main, finished in Blood Orange and in wide-body specification with roll bar and sport seats. Based on the existing registration documents and photographs, the Porsche was relocated to Kempen in the early 1980s. To this day, the car has remained exclusively in Germany. Several years ago, the vehicle underwent a comprehensive restoration and was prepared for use in historic motorsport. The German registration history is fully documented. A copy of an ONS pass is available. Any period racing history is currently still under research. In addition, the car was used as a film vehicle in the movie Rush, which portrays the rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt.
