Description

Auto Storica is pleased to announce this Ferrari 348Tb.

Most enthusiasts consider the F40 the best Ferrari of all time, among other reasons because it was the last Ferrari Don Enzo saw while still alive. But few remember that the 348 was already under development when Il Commendatore was still alive.

A year after the death of the Scuderia's founder, Ferrari's new Berlinetta was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the last project, moreover, under the supervision of Leonardo Fioravanti.

The Ferrari 348 featured softer lines than its predecessors, the 308/328. Its side design was undoubtedly inspired by the Testarossa, but more civilized. Like this one, it featured pop-up headlights, a huge slatted air intake that ran the length of the door, and taillights hidden behind a discreet black grille, making it the only Ferrari Berlinetta not to feature circular taillights.

Its 3.4-liter V8 engine (hence its name) delivers power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission with reverse first gear. Its 300 hp made the Ferrari 348 one of the fastest models of the early 1990s, capable of reaching nearly 280 km/h.

Our unit, registered for the first time in Spain, is in an enviable state of preservation, as you can see. Everything works perfectly, and its mechanics are in top shape, as we have replaced the timing belt, camshaft seals, sprockets, and more at our facilities. An endless list of materials so its new owner can enjoy this beautiful Berlinetta without worries.

For years, the 348TB has been considered the Maranello brand's ugly duckling. And it's true that rivals like the Honda NSX didn't make things any easier. But don't forget that it's still a Ferrari, through and through. If you've fallen in love but still have doubts, come to our facilities. They'll clear them all up.
