Description
These pocket rockets reached around 80mph with robust and surprisingly economical engines.
Originally Black with red trim it went to Charles Follett Ltd on 10/7/31, then to its master butcher first owner. It was one of the first on the Alvis Register in 1948 owned then by Dick Taylor, an argument with a Brewers Dray while holidaying in Devon meant expensive repairs resulting in a sale to J.Dunham who changed the engine (all documented). By 1969 it was described in scrap condition and subsequently roughly restored. The current family owners of over forty years have enjoyed, improved and maintained the car well. It`s a known club car and in its green coachwork epitomises the sporting Alvis.
Now sporting a new hood and side screens this little car is ready for whatever else life throws it's way.
