On behalf of a client, we are selling a 1966 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller in top condition.
This meticulously maintained 1966 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller is a comprehensively restored and high-quality rebuilt vehicle from the post-war economic boom. The current owner, a master mechanic, imported it from the Netherlands for his wife in 2010. A classic car collector was so impressed by the Morris during a rally they attended together that he bought it on the spot. Unfortunately, he passed away shortly afterward, and his widow sold the car again—to the original seller, who happened to see the advertisement. Since 2012, the car has been back in the family, but due to unforeseen circumstances, it must now be sold and placed in a good home.
The Morris Minor is in excellent mechanical and bodywork condition and has low mileage. The front brakes have been upgraded to power disc brakes, and the cloth upholstery has been replaced with leather. All the wood trim is flawless, as is the paintwork. Both the interior and the carpets are immaculate. The original steering wheel, which is still present, has been replaced with an equally original wire steering wheel for better visibility of the instruments.
The Morris Minor Traveller is a thoroughly reliable classic car, perfect for enjoyable and leisurely drives with family and friends. With its 1083 cc engine and a mere 49 hp, it can reach a daring 124 km/h and is a joy to drive.
