Unveiled in 2004, the DB9 represented a significant new chapter for Aston Martin. Designed by Ian Callum and Henrik Fisker, its elegant aluminium bodywork clothed the marque's advanced VH platform, while power came from a hand-built 5.9 litre V12 engine. The Volante joined the range shortly afterwards, combining effortless grand touring performance with a fully electrically operated fabric roof and genuine 2+2 accommodation.
