The Land Rover Defender is a legendary off-road vehicle, especially in this three-door 90 variant. The Land Rover 90 was introduced in 1983 as the successor to the Series III 88-inch model but only adopted the “Defender” name in 1990. Over the years, the Defender received several facelifts, but its rugged and unmistakable design thankfully remained intact, continuing to captivate 4x4 enthusiasts worldwide.
The number “90” in the name refers to the wheelbase length of this model: 90 inches. This length is ideal for a four-wheel-drive off-roader, allowing it to perform exceptionally well on rough terrain.
In 2015, the end of production was announced, with the final model completed in January 2016. The factory released a limited edition in that final year called the Defender 90 Adventure Edition, with only 600 units made. This special edition came equipped with a variety of additional technologies and accessories for buyers.
The Phoenix Orange paint, complemented by various black accents, was exclusive to this edition. The seats are upholstered in black leather, which, combined with the Alcantara headliner and other luxury touches, provides a comfort level far beyond that of the original, Spartan versions.
Moreover, this Land Rover features premium equipment such as (costly) air suspension, air conditioning, and navigation. With its powerful 2.2-liter TD4 turbo diesel engine, high and low gearing, and limited-slip differential, this vehicle is perfectly equipped for challenging off-road adventures.

The Adventure Edition is designed for off-road enthusiasts who also appreciate style and comfort.

This Defender 90 Adventure is registered in the Netherlands with a grey registration (Dutch laws) and is in excellent condition. The price on a grey registration is €64,900.--, the price on a "yellow" registration (suitable for more passengers) is €69,900.--.
