Few cars embody the glamour and charisma of hand-built British motoring quite like the Aston Martin V8 Volante. Introduced in 1978 and produced in limited numbers, the elegant Volante combined effortless V8 performance with timeless styling and quickly established itself as one of the most desirable luxury convertibles of its era.

This 1979 Aston Martin V8 Volante 'Oscar India' is presented in a handsome shade of dark green, beautifully complemented by a tan leather interior with contrasting green piping. Showing just 32,000 miles, the car is offered as part of a deceased estate and has been off the road and in storage for many years. No online MoT history is available, suggesting it has not seen regular road use since at least the mid-2000s, while tax discs on file indicate it may last have been in active use during the early 1990s.

Although not believed to be a factory Vantage model, the car is fitted with the desirable closed Vantage-style front grille, Vantage badging and Vantage alloy wheels, giving it a particularly sporting appearance.
