Aston Martin DB6 completely restored and re-modelled to concours standard by a well respected restorer to closely resemble the specification of a short Chassis Volante, of which only 37 original car were built. The new bodywork was built by Bodylines in Olney using original bucks and is finished in Steel Blue with contrasting Portland Grey hide interior by Piper Trimming in Yeovil. The car is fitted with a dark blue mohair hood and best quality blue Boyriven carpet has been used throughout. All of the mechanical moving parts have either been replaced with new AM parts or rebuilt to the highest standard. This car has covered less than 1000 miles since the rebuild so the engine which has been uprated to 4.2 is barely “Run-in”. The 5 speed ZF gearbox was completely rebuilt by BPA and the car is a delight to drive. The whole car is an outstanding example of exceptional craftsmanship by everyone involved in its reconstruction. An original Short Chassis Volante in this condition would today be priced at well over £1,200,000 and we are being very realistic with our price structure. Any inspection welcomed
