This Wiesmann Roadster MF4 in the elegant and rarely seen color combination of Grigio Nuvolari Metallic exterior with Pergament Nappa leather interior. It is a late example, first registered in March 2012, featuring the BMW 4.4-liter V8 biturbo (N63) available from 2011 onwards, producing 407 hp and 600 Nm. The car comes with a traceable service history under the current owner, including documented work such as rear differential oil change and a transmission oil flush carried out by ZF. The German TÜV inspection was passed without defects in July 2025 and is valid until July 2027.
Wiesmann has always represented something of a counterpoint to industrial perfection: classic roadster proportions, visible craftsmanship, and beneath it all large-series technology that makes reliability less dramatic than with some exotic low-volume sports cars. The MF3 is considered the brand’s most widespread model, while the MF4 is regarded as the more powerful and significantly more modern interpretation of the Wiesmann concept. Especially the late MF4 models, updated to the next generation of BMW turbo engines, are of interest from a collector’s perspective: they combine the characteristic Wiesmann design with the strong, torque-rich V8 biturbo available for Roadster and GT from 2011 onward.
Various production figures circulate; literature and market sources sometimes cite very low numbers for the MF4. Regardless of the exact figure, the MF4 remains a rare sight on the road, particularly as a late example with this specific configuration.
The exterior in Grigio Nuvolari Metallic is deliberately understated and emphasizes the sculptural design language of the Wiesmann: long hood, short overhangs, compact proportions. The roadster sits on 20-inch OZ Ultraleggera HLT wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which are said to be nearly new and have covered approximately 700 kilometers. Visual details such as the chrome exterior package and the harmonious tone-on-tone piping and stitching complete the appearance without becoming ostentatious.
Inside, the driver is greeted by a light, classic combination of Pergament Nappa leather, grey carpeting, and a grey soft top, complemented by a diamond-quilted pattern. The “Chrome” interior package, aluminum door sill trims, and individualized details such as color-matched seat belts and personalized gauge dials and speaker covers demonstrate that this was not a standard off-the-shelf configuration.
