THIS 911 3.0 SC
This 1982 Porsche 911 SC originally rolled off the production line for the American market, finished exactly as it appears today in the rare and elegant Ziegelrot Metallic with a black leatherette interior. It found its way to Belgium in 2015, where it has since been cherished by its current owner.
This SC presents beautifully and immediately inspires dreams of winding, empty roads under a clear sky. Remarkably, it still wears its factory original paint – an increasingly rare feature that speaks volumes about the car’s accident-free history and solid, rust-free condition. Naturally, some minor blemishes and stone chips have developed over the years, adding a charming patina to this authentic survivor.
It sits confidently on iconic 16” Fuchs wheels wrapped in high-quality Yokohama tires. Inside, you'll find tidy carpets, clean upholstery, and fully restored turbo sport seats – both visually stunning and exceptionally comfortable.
The engine and gearbox underwent a comprehensive rebuild by renowned Porsche specialists Wicked Sixes in Germany. The upgrades include Mahle 98mm Max Moritz pistons for a short-stroke 3.2L setup, larger valves and springs, improved intake and exhaust, Schrick titanium valve keepers, and the coveted SSI exhaust system and a rear silencer with custom Cerakote finish. The result? A beautifully responsive engine with torque across the rev range and smooth, satisfying shifting through the recently rebuilt gearbox – now featuring a Torsen differential. The odometer was reset following this extensive mechanical refresh at 103,138 miles.
Many other components have been restored or upgraded to ensure top-tier performance and handling, including:
New fuel tank
New Carrera oil cooler
Ultra-rare Bosch H1 headlights
New KW V3 coilovers
G50 anti-roll bars
Upgraded torsion bars (front & rear)
All new suspension bushings, spring plates, and strut brace
Rebuilt brake calipers, new discs, and Ferodo DS2500 pads
The car comes with its original spare wheel, an authentic and complete toolkit, the factory manual, and a folder full of invoices detailing parts, labor, and maintenance work.
This 911 SC is a thrilling yet usable youngtimer, blending classic air-cooled Porsche charm with modernized driving dynamics. Whether you're heading out for a spirited Sunday drive, a weekend escape, or a local rally, this car delivers authentic 911 enjoyment with confidence and style. If you are serious about driving, this is the car to buy and... get out and drive!
