Porsche Diesel Super 308N, Year 1960 – High‑Speed Gear 32 km/h – 3 Seats – Fully Restored – 1‑Year Warranty
The tractor underwent a comprehensive restoration in 2025/26. The following work was carried out:
🔧 Engine
- Complete disassembly of the engine into all individual parts and visual inspection
- Crankshaft overhaul including grinding and new engine bearings
- New crankshaft bearings installed
- Camshaft overhauled
- New pistons and cylinders
- New valves and valve guides, including lapping
- Fuel system overhauled and adjusted (injection pump, injectors)
- Oil pump overhauled
- Engine block stripped and visually inspected
- Reassembly of the engine with all new parts
- Starter and alternator overhauled
- Test run performed
⚙️ Transmission
- Complete disassembly of the gearbox
- Rebuild including sealing and installation of new bearings
- High‑speed gear installed and registered – 32 km/h
💧 Hydraulics
- Disassembly of the hydraulic system
- Rebuild of the hydraulic lift with new parts (disassembly, sealing, functional testing)
- New hydraulic pump
- Hydraulic lines cleaned and galvanized
🛠️ Chassis & Body
- Complete disassembly of the tractor into all components
- All parts sandblasted
- New electrical system (wiring harness, battery)
- New instruments (switches, thermometer, oil pressure gauge, tachometer)
- New lighting front/middle/rear
- Sheet metal parts painted in 2K RAL 3002, including straightening, repairs, and tinning where necessary
- New “Porsche Diesel” lettering and polished aluminum trim
- New seat cushions
- Newly fabricated front fenders
🚜 Wheels
- Rims powder‑coated in RAL 1014
- New tires with new tubes, rear: 340/85R28, front: 6.5‑16
📄 TÜV / Inspection
- Full inspection according to §21
- 1 seat (+ 2 emergency seats on the fenders)
- New TÜV approval
