This is a beautiful classic Morgan, model "Bustle Back."
This is a rare model that was only built between 1956 and 1958.
This classic Morgan was delivered new in Minnesota, USA, in 1956, with several modifications already in place to enable it to compete in competitive events such as rallies and races.
The car has been restored and modified in America with several significant improvements.
The tuned Triumph TR3 engine with twin double-barrel Weber (42 DCOE) carburetors performs exceptionally well. A dual-disc brake system with a Plus 8 disc brake is mounted on the front axle. The clutch is from the Triumph TR6 for lighter operation.
The engine cooling has been optimized.
It features an aluminum crankcase, Koni shock absorbers, and an electric fuel pump with pressure regulator.
The wide chrome wire wheels (72 spokes) are fitted with 195-60-15 tires.
This Morgan still has its original engine (matching numbers) and has 90,000 miles on the odometer.
A certificate signed by Charles Morgan of Morgan Motor is included.
