The Chevrolet Fleetmaster is an automobile which was produced by Chevrolet in the United States for the 1946, 1947 and 1948 model years. The Fleetmaster series included the Fleetline sub-series which was offered only in two-door and four-door 'fastback' body styles.

First registered in the UK in November 2014 and subsequently purchased by the second UK owner, Mr. Gittins, before Historics offered this very car in 2020, selling it to the current vendor who exported the car. This manual example was clearly well restored between 2010 and 2014 by Mr. Gittins and is presented in cream coachwork with a contrasting cream and purple leather trim. During the restoration the trim was refitted, together with a very good mohair hood, and now displays excellent panel gaps and brightwork. Since purchase the car has been subject to the completion of the restoration including full gearbox rebuild as can be seen in the photos. Following the completion an indipendant valuation was completed for insurance purposes statin gthe potnetial value as much as €85,000

These are rare examples in the UK, especially a convertible model in this condition. Ideal for American meets and sure to turn heads wherever you go, this is a stunning example of 1940's Americana. The car is currently marked as an export with the DVLA. Should any new owner wish to re-register the car they will have to adhere to the usually DVLA processes. Consigned by Mathew Priddy
