Alfa Romeo Montreal – A design icon par excellence with a legendary V8 engine
The Alfa Romeo Montreal was designed as a concept study by Marcello Gandini, Bertone's chief designer, and first presented at the 1967 Montreal Expo. Due to overwhelming interest, management decided to produce the sports coupé as a production vehicle. Its distinctive feature is the V8 engine. This engine was taken from the Alfa Romeo Stradale 33, which enjoyed considerable success in motorsport. The displacement was increased to 2.6 liters and is characterized by its exceptional elasticity. The Alfa Romeo Montreal was produced from 1970 to 1977 in a limited run of only 3,925 units and represents a very sound investment with a high fun factor!

The Alfa Romeo Montreal offered here, first registered in 1976, is in excellent condition and is a true gem. The classic color combination of Montreal's original metallic gray exterior and a red leather interior gives this Montreal a stunning appearance.
The car is also in excellent mechanical condition and has been regularly serviced.
This Alfa Romeo Montreal originally came from Italy and arrived in Germany in the 1990s, where it underwent its first comprehensive restoration in 2006 (engine, Spica fuel injection, ignition, water pump, clutch, etc.). In 2007, the car was moved to Austria. The new owner commissioned a second restoration (complete disassembly and repainting, water pump, ignition, leather upholstery for the seats and interior, cavity wax treatment, etc.). As part of this process, the car received its classic color combination of Montreal's original metallic gray exterior (AR 727) and a red leather interior. The original color was metallic orange with a black cloth interior. In 2022, the rear wheel arches were repaired and the wheels were completely refurbished.
Comprehensive photographic documentation is available for all restoration and maintenance work. There is no deferred maintenance.
The vehicle has been in the same ownership for almost 20 years, has been regularly serviced at specialist workshops (invoices available), has matching numbers, and is registered as a historic vehicle. It is in excellent technical and visual condition.

Our location is easily accessible by car via the A4 motorway, exit Bruck/L. West. Arriving by plane is very easy via Vienna International Airport (Vienna Airport), just 20 km away, or Bratislava Airport, 35 km away. We would be happy to pick you up personally from either airport.
