Offered for sale is a 1967 Alfa Romeo GT Sprint 1600 Veloce “Scalino”. This early GTV generation, distinguished by its characteristic stepped front bonnet, is one of the best-known models of the Bertone-designed Giulia GT series and combines timeless styling with classic Alfa Romeo engineering.
According to the Alfa Romeo factory records, the car was produced on May 10th, 1967, and delivered to Stockholm, Sweden, on May 29th, 1967. The car was originally specified in Giallo Ocra exterior paint with a Skai Nero Fumo interior.
Power comes from a 1.6-litre twin-cam engine producing approximately 109 hp, paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The balanced chassis setup and relatively low vehicle weight provide an enjoyable and direct driving experience.
Originally registered in Sweden, the car is presented in well-maintained condition. All necessary servicing, maintenance and repair work has been carried out and documented over recent years by Arnst Autotechnik GmbH in Hamburg, a workshop specializing in classic Alfa Romeo vehicles. Supporting documentation is available.
Due to its import history from Sweden, the vehicle’s early history cannot be fully documented. However, the car has been regularly driven and consistently maintained from a technical perspective.
A classic Italian coupé for enthusiasts of Alfa Romeo and the Bertone era.
