1998 | Porsche Boxster

For sale is a Porsche Boxster 986 in very well maintained original condition with only 86250km mileage.

The Boxster was collected by me personally in Zuffenhausen in April 1998 and has been in my possession ever since. The car is accident-free and has never been tinkered with.

The 18" Porsche Carrera-996 wheels were retrofitted. The Bridgestone Potenza S02-A tires are absolutely as good as new. TÜV and AU were renewed in March 2025 “without defects”.

The sound system was also retrofitted in order to be able to listen to music properly even when driving “open-top”.

The modern head unit is from Alpine. The loudspeakers come from the well-known high-quality sound manufacturer Jehnert.

Music streaming via Bluetooth and Spotify/Tidal etc. works perfectly.

The Boxster has been serviced in recent years at an independent garage that is very familiar with Porsche vehicles.

I have always treated and looked after my Boxster very well, so that even after 27 years you can't really tell how old it is. I often get comments from outsiders like: “Unbelievable, it looks like new!”

Of course it's not new. But I would describe the condition of the Porsche as “collector's condition”: driven and aged, yes, but in the very best condition for its age.

I want to sell the Roadster because I simply can no longer drive it as I should. The fleet is just too big....
