This isn’t just any Mini — it’s one of the standout hot hatches of the era. a supercharged 1.6 L Mini Cooper S enhanced with the genuine John Cooper Works tuning kit — producing around 208-210 bhp, transforming the standard Cooper S into a significantly sharper machine with brisk acceleration, a wonderfully raw engine note and a real driver’s-car feel that modern cars often struggle to match.

Thanks to the JCW upgrades including remapped ECU, oil-flowed head, uprated injectors and freer-flowing exhaust this model delivers strong mid-range torque and an engaging 0-62 mph performance that still impresses today.

The R53 platform is famed for its go-kart-like dynamics — tight steering, nimble body control, and an engaging chassis that rewards enthusiastic driving.
