MGA Twin Cam Roadster

The MGA Twin Cam were produced between 1958 and 1960. Only 1788 Roadster and 323 Coupes were built.

Originally the Twin Cam engine was develloped for racing. MGA Twin Cams took part at many races between 1958 and 1962, for intance the Tourist Trophy, the Ralley Liege-Rome-Liege, the Ralley Monte Carlo, the Tulip- and the Acropolis Ralley and the 12 hours of Sebring, Florida. From 1959 to 1961 Twin Cams raced at the 24 hours of Le Mans. in 1960 the car of Ted Lund and Colin Escot took the victory in their class.

2013 the car was bought by the owner in the Netherlands from a well-known dealer. Since this time the Twin Cam was intensively restored and constantly improved. All restorations are documentated intensively.

The Twin Cam is in a Concours condition - Classic Data certification  1 , very good, as new.

The racing genes of the Twin Cam is clearly noticeable in the fantastic running characteristics and the performance.
