For sale is a well-maintained 1978 Volkswagen Beetle 1303 Convertible in the classic color combination of black with a beige soft top and a light-colored interior.
The car has been enjoyed for many years and has always been stored in a dry garage throughout our ownership. As it is now driven only occasionally, it is time for the Beetle to find a new enthusiast who will continue to enjoy this classic Volkswagen.

History
The Beetle is an original USA import and was purchased by my parents approximately 25 years ago before being imported to Germany.
Since then, it has remained in our family's ownership and has had no other owner in Germany.
Mileage
As the vehicle was originally imported from the United States, the exact total mileage cannot be verified with complete certainty.
When purchased, the odometer showed approximately 100,000 US miles (about 160,000 km). During our ownership, the car has been driven approximately 20,000 additional US miles (around 32,000 km).
The estimated total mileage is therefore approximately 196,000 km (122,000 miles).
Condition
The Beetle is in well-maintained and roadworthy condition.
The air-cooled boxer engine runs reliably. Like many classic Volkswagen boxer engines, it occasionally leaves a few drops of oil. This is typical for these engines, has never been an issue during German TÜV inspections, and does not require regular topping up of engine oil.
The vehicle will receive a new German TÜV inspection before delivery.
