Manufactured on 27th September 1966 and dispatched new from Browns Lane, Coventry on 5th October 1966 to Jaguar Cars New York, USA this matching numbers E-Type was repatriated from the United States to the UK after fifty one years.

First registered with the DVLA in June 2018, the car was sold by British & German Automotive of Luncarty, Perthshire to the previous owner Mr P Osundina (Loughton, Essex) in December 2020 whereupon it was acquired by the current keeper in July 2021 as part of a small private collection.

Finished in the desirable colour combination of opalescent gunmetal grey with original black leather seats/ interior trim, dials, bright-work and correct Jaguar wooden steering wheel.

New stainless steel exhaust system with six branch polished manifold. Uprated 3.07 differential. New galvanized fuel tank and after market air conditioning installed. Recently fitted with new chrome-work throughout.

The 4.2 engine with triple SU HD8 2" carburretors pulls strongly through the four speed all synchro-mesh manual transmission with excellent oil pressure.

Complete with Jaguar heritage trust certificate, UK V5 registration document, MOT Certificate, file record of work undertaken, former bills of sale and rare original Jaguar jack.
