A few features of this 1st type piggy bank beetle are in progress, a shorter interior sky, no right sun visor, chrome bumpers and small tail lights of the older beetle before 1967, 1200cc engine, simple black steering wheel, no trim in the window rubbers, small handle on the door panels, on the right front screen no horn grille, and more differences. The paint has been repainted in the past and looks very good. The original interior is clean with light wear, and the original rubber floor mats still completely intact. The bottom is original and in perfect condition.
