JEEP JEEPSTER COMMANDO (C104) of 1972.
NATIONAL VEHICLE (SPAIN), it was used in Spain, so almost there is NO OXIDATION/RUST (in Spain we have a very favorable climate to avoid the corossion of the vehicles).
It had only ONE OWNER between 1972 TO 2021. ONLY 26.000 KM. IT KEEPS ITS ORIGINAL BOOKS. THE VEHICLE HAS UNDERGONE A MECHANICAL OVERHAUL AND BODYWORK AND PAINTWORK RESTORATION, AS WELL AS NEW UPHOLSTERY AND CARPETS. ONE OF THE COOLEST OFF ROAD CLASSICS EVER MADE. The Jeepster Commando was first produced by Kaiser Motors in 1966 to compete with the Toyota Land Cruiser and Ford Bronco. Three different models were available at the time: station wagon, convertible and station wagon. The Kaiser line remained in production until around 1969, when American Motors acquired Kaiser in 1970. In Spain, this model was marketed through VIASA, the marketing date was from 1968, with the engine version used being the Barreiros diesel C-24.
These first vehicles arrived in Spain for assembly with slight changes with respect to the version marketed in the USA. The elements that were incorporated were basically the engine (Barreiros) and some elements such as the speedometer and light signals, among others. Some of the initial examples in a state of restoration are kept by members of the Jeep Comando Club of Spain, a non-profit organisation that brings together around a hundred members who are fans of this Jeep model. ONE OF THE MOST EMBLEMATIC OFF-ROAD VEHICLES OF THE 70'S THAT WILL DELIGHT ANY ENTHUSIAST, ON SEA AND MOUNTAIN ROADS, WITH ITS UNIQUE AND UNREPEATABLE STYLE.
