Few vehicles capture the spirit of American excess quite like the Dodge Ram SRT-10. Built between 2004 and 2006 by Dodge's Street and Racing Technology division, the SRT-10 combined the practicality of a pickup truck with the heart of a supercar. Under the bonnet sits the legendary 8.3-litre V10 from the third generation Dodge Viper, producing 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque, sent exclusively to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission in the Single Cab version. The result was a machine unlike anything before it, and at launch it earned the title of the world's fastest production pickup truck. Contemporary production figures indicate that only 2,373 Ram SRT-10s were produced for the 2006 model year, of which just 872 were Single Cab examples, making these trucks highly sought after among collectors today.
About this Ram SRT-10
This 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 Single Cab benefits from a known ownership history stretching back more than fifteen years. The truck was exported to the Netherlands in 2009, where it remained until 2015. It was subsequently imported to Denmark by Ecar in Randers and sold to the late owner, a well-known Aalborg-based collector and craftsman with a particular passion for Dodge Ram trucks. The SRT-10 became part of his private collection, although it saw very limited use due to its manual gearbox.
The current Mopar-enthusiast acquired the truck in November 2024 after learning of its availability through a long-standing specialist mechanic who has maintained American performance cars for more than two decades. Since then, only 7,000 kilometres have been added, confirming that this example has continued to be enjoyed for its intended purpose, as one of the most exciting driver's trucks ever built.
Included with the vehicle is the original exhaust system, available documentation stored in the centre console, and an additional key.
Exterior
The Ram SRT-10's appearance leaves little doubt about its performance credentials. Massive bodywork, a deep front spoiler, colour-coded bumpers, unique SRT styling cues and striking alloy wheels give the truck an unmistakable presence on the road. The Single Cab is widely regarded as the purest and most desirable configuration, thanks to its shorter wheelbase, lighter weight and exclusive six-speed manual transmission.
Unlike many modern performance vehicles, the SRT-10 makes no attempt to hide its intentions. It is unapologetically muscular, aggressive and characterful, combining the stance of a full-size American pickup with the attitude of a Viper supercar.
Interior
Inside, the cabin combines the practicality expected of a Dodge Ram with numerous SRT-specific enhancements. Deeply bolstered sports seats, white-faced instrumentation and a performance-oriented driving position remind the driver that this is far more than a conventional pickup truck.
The Single Cab layout offers a focused and purposeful environment, centred around the six-speed manual gearbox, a feature that has become increasingly rare and desirable among modern enthusiast vehicles. Visibility is excellent, controls are intuitive, and the elevated seating position offers a commanding view of the road ahead.
Engine and drivetrain
The headline feature is, without question, the Viper-derived 8.3-litre naturally aspirated V10. Producing 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque, this remarkable engine transformed the Ram SRT-10 into one of the most outrageous production vehicles of its era. The Single Cab variant was exclusively paired with the robust Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission, making it the enthusiast's choice among SRT-10 models. Contemporary testing recorded 0-60 mph in less than five seconds and a top speed approaching 250 km/h, extraordinary figures for a full-size pickup truck.
Beyond the performance figures, the appeal lies in the experience itself. The enormous V10 delivers effortless torque throughout the rev range, accompanied by a soundtrack that few production vehicles can match. It is a raw, analogue driving experience that becomes increasingly rare with every passing year.

The truck's documented history includes:

Summary
The Dodge Ram SRT-10 occupies a unique place in automotive history. It combines the practicality of a pickup truck, the engineering pedigree of the Dodge Viper, and the analogue driving engagement that enthusiasts increasingly seek. With limited production, a desirable Single Cab configuration, the sought-after manual transmission, and a known ownership history spanning the Netherlands and Denmark, this example represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most memorable American performance vehicles ever built.
Whether viewed as a collector's item, an investment-grade modern classic, or simply one of the most entertaining vehicles money can buy, the Ram SRT-10 remains every bit as outrageous and captivating today as when it first shocked the automotive world over twenty years ago.
