Beschreibung

1972 Bristol 411 Series 3
Chassis number: 7653245
Registration Number: MYP702L
An immaculate fully restored example that benefitted from a massive resoration program at the behst of Simon Draper, Well know for his love of classic cars & better know yet for building up Virgin Records along with Sir Richard Branson.
This is a car that drives simply flawlessly. Massive bills come with the car attesting to the huge money spent upon it. The 6.2 litre V8 Engine is an upgraded David Vizard performance unit mated to a brand new gear box which thus provides flawless changes & very serious perfomance above & beyond what the standard cars offer which are not slow in their own right. A high output alternator was also fitted.
The seats are beautifully trimmed to the origibnal patterns in a deep Green Muirhead leather along with green carpets & a grey/green alcantara style headlining. All woodwork has been removed, refinished & remanufuctured as required. The interior is indeed opulent & a lovely place to spend time. The exerior paint is a pale green/grey metallic & again is in flawless condition. This car comes to us as part of an estate sale from the recently deceased former fastidious owner.
Simply the best part of this car is the way it drives. Performance is exhilerating whilst delivered with an almost complete absence of noise. The power steering from the tactil black steering wheel is light & direct& very Rolls Royce like in feel. The supension is well modulated being both comfotable yet taut enough to allow for spirited driving when pressed. The big Chrysler V8 fires up instantly & settles down to a smooth idle with good oil pressure & cool running temperatures. There are cheaper ones out there but htis example has had absolutely everything done to it & personifies the moniker of Grand Routier. Indeed Euopen trips were regularly undertaken by the last owner whom having traded in his 4.5 litre W.O. Bentley bought this as his last car after an exhaustive search to find simply the best available at the time. He chose well!
Please note: A massive history file is available for viewing by qualified prospective buyers but is not published here at the request of former owners. A link to the gallery can be provided once bona fides of the purchaser have been established.
