1965 Austin Healy MkIII 3000 BJ8 - Numbers Matching

Purchased from the USA in 2016. Mileage 39k.  First registered in the UK 08/11/2018.

Have all the import documents, including copies of the US Title, NOVA and DVLA registration documents, Duties paid etc and first MOT to gain registration

Work carried out:

Full bear metal respray. Wheels repainted.  Electronic ignition.  New Exhaust.  New fuel pump (2023).  New Mohair roof, door cards, door tops and carpets.  The seats are original as they show just the right amount of Patina and are in good condition. New seat foams fitted.  The dashboard shows slight cracking to the varnish but again I think adds to the patina and age of the vehicle

The chassis is in perfect condition with no rust.

Engine runs very nice with plenty of pulling power.  Electronic overdrive works in 3rd and 4th as it should.

Lots of work carried out by specialist garage and all parts from AH Spares Ltd

Heritage Certificate shows red sides but I has this changed to gunmetal grey which I think really suits the car.

The car has spent its life here in the UK in dehumidified garage.  Car can be viewed on my garage ramps.  There's nothing to hide.

Recently had a day out to South Wales (400 miles total) and it ran faultlessly.

These cars are easily converted to RHD if needed.
