1935 | Railton Straight Eight

The 1935 Railton Fairmile Series I is an exceptionally rare British classic, built on Hudson engineering and admired for its elegant coachwork and smooth six-cylinder engine. This example remains largely original and presents an excellent foundation for restoration or preservation.

- Engine bay: Older restoration; original engine, recently serviced.

- Battery: In good condition, still usable.
- Clutch & gearbox: Functioning correctly.
- Brakes: Repair needed (left front imbalance).
- Handbrake: Works correctly.
- Electrical system: Horn, wipers, and dashboard operational.
- Lights: Fully functional.
- Suspension: Repairs needed – worn dampers and play in steering joints.
