During this time, the car was completely welded, including the typical, hidden parts of the 911. It's fair to say that this 1972 Porsche 911 is rust-free.
With technology (mostly) from the successor (Porsche G-Model), such as brakes, a 5-speed transmission, and a 3-liter 204 hp engine, combined with the 15" F-Model rims, this car offers a short gear ratio, ideal for hillclimbs and slaloms.
Yellow Koni shock absorbers, steel-braided brake lines, racing brake pads, an oil cooler from the original RS, a roll bar, low weight, 4-point harnesses, and much more make the car a sight to behold and authentic. Above all, it's robust, reliable, and incredibly fast.
I've occasionally participated in historic (regularity) hillclimb events and always cut a decent figure, even though the 911 was primarily used as an advertising vehicle.
