Description:
The Porsche 356 A is regarded as one of the most important milestones in the early sports car history of Zuffenhausen. In its T2 version, the model impresses with a refined body design, a harmoniously integrated front end, and the clean, timeless styling that continues to make the 356 an icon to this day. It combines lightness, direct driving characteristics, and remarkable everyday usability with an authentic driving experience. Early examples in particular are highly prized by collectors and represent the origins of Porsche’s global success story.
According to the available data card, the vehicle was exported to Canada via the Porsche distributor Stinnes in Mülheim on January 21, 1958. A registration from 1964 documents its registration in Ohio (USA). In 2009, the car was brought to Italy, where it was fully restored in the following years in accordance with its original specifications.
