1971 Low Line Morgan 4/4, Aluminium bodied
Heavily modified for track day fun or fast commuting. Equipped with a Ford Zetec engine coupled to a five-speed Quaife gearbox.
We had the car on the dyno, and measured a staggering 219 HP at the rear wheel. The engine happily revs up to 8000 RPM and more.
Since the cars weighs a mere 700 kg, this a seriously fast car. Due to all the suspension modifications, it is surprisingly easy to drive, even on bad roads and in slow traffic. But once you let it off the leash, you will be shocked by its performance while still feeling safe, precise and predictable.
As you can see in the pictures, the car is well sorted and serious money has been spent on modifications, from special king pins to ball joints, brakes, automatic circuit brakers in the wiring loom, racing clutch, aluminium radiator etc. And just listen to the sound it makes....
The reconstruction value has been estimated at 111 T€ by two independent experts. We are offering the car for considerably less at about 2/3 of that amount.
The best thing about all this is that the car is fully road legal and all the improvements are aknowledged by the German TÜV, and as a consequence also in the rest of the EU.
