In the heart of the McLaren 570GT is a superbly developed 3.8L twin turbocharged V8 engine coupled up to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. While this set up provides unapologetic performance, the GT variant of the 570 offers a great balance with its usability on the road. The complaintProactive Chassis Control II and hydraulic interlinked dampers ensure a comfortable ride often found lacking among supercars in its class, perfect for longer distances. Our example drives exceptionally well, testament to the meticulous maintenance that has been carried out throughout its time. Services have been recorded at 18245, 26466, 44149, 45319 and in 2024 £11500 was spent at 54361 miles on servicing, new shocks, front and rear brake discs and pads and handbrake pads. More recently the McLaren was serviced at 56197 and earlier in 2025 £1499 was spent on an Apple Car Play/Andriod audio upgrade and before we collected the car, at 57898 miles McLaren Manchester charged over £2000 for work to the air-conditioning system. With the history is also a detailed log for extensive mechanical and cosmetic work carried out between 2020 and 2021.
