This original Dutch-delivered Jaguar XJ6 Series 1 is finished in elegant Royal Blue and is presented in exceptionally well-maintained condition. With only three owners from new and an extensive history file, this is a particularly desirable example for the discerning Jaguar enthusiast.

The car underwent a comprehensive restoration during the 1990s, with a large collection of photographs documenting the work. The paintwork remains in excellent condition and displays only minor signs of use consistent with the car's age. Following the restoration, the Jaguar was fitted with a large electric Webasto sunroof. It operates flawlessly, has been fully tested, is completely watertight, and provides an enjoyable open-air driving experience on sunny days.

It was subsequently tested on a dynamometer, where it produced an impressive output of more than 174 horsepower. Additional upgrades include a Kenlowe electric cooling fan and electronic ignition, improving both reliability and drivability.

The automatic gearbox has also been fully rebuilt by Avelingen Restorations. The result is a Jaguar that shifts effortlessly, drives smoothly and delivers the refined driving experience for which the Jaguar XJ6 Series 1 is renowned.
