Commissioned by the Greek shipping magnate Mr. Michael Matantos had this Jaguar fully restored by English specialist John Wray. Despite its rich history – some of which was lost in a devastating factory fire in February 1957 – this car is a rare find.

Inside, the Mk VIII radiates warmth and grandeur, with a wooden dashboard, fold-out picnic tables for the rear passengers, three cigarette lighters, two signal horns and stylish Hardura mats in the trunk. The restoration is detailed with a report and two photo albums, illustrating the careful restoration and history of this special vehicle.
