2001 | Donkervoort D8 180

A beautiful Donkervoort D8 1.8 Audi 180/R from 2001. This is an original Cup edition equipped with all the extra Cup options! One of only 29 D8 180/R models ever produced!

Exterior:
The exterior of this Donkervoort is finished in Black Metallic. Under the car are the original 15-inch Revolution wheels in silver. The car is further equipped with black doors, a black tonneau cover, and a black soft-top. The window trim is made of visible carbon fiber, as is the rear bumper. Additionally, the car has the Cup package, which includes: Main power switch on the outside of the car, high roll bar, front tow hook, rear tow hook, F1 mirrors, and Revolution Cup wheels.

Interior:
The interior of this Donkervoort features beautiful black alcantara upholstery with red stitching and black carpet. The stunning carbon dashboard includes original gauges such as turbo boost, oil pressure, oil temperature, and water temperature. The gauges have black dials. The car is also equipped with an aluminum handbrake lever and an aluminum gear knob, both with logos. The Cup package inside includes: 4-point Willans harnesses, brake balance adjuster, main power switch under the dashboard, a detachable Momo steering wheel, and an extra roll bar on the driver’s side.

Mechanics:
The mechanics of this D8 are very good. It is powered by a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder turbo engine delivering 245 hp. Power is transferred through a T-9 manual gearbox. The chassis comes from WP Suspensions and is adjustable in several ways (stiffness and height).

History:
This Donkervoort was built in 2001 and delivered as a Cup edition. The first owner took delivery in 2001 but never raced with the Donkervoort Cup. The car was new delivered in Belgium and has always stayed there.
