Introducing our newly available BMW Z8, a rare and highly sought-after modern classic. Built in limited numbers from 1999 to 2003, the Z8 was conceived by Henrik Fisker as a striking tribute to the iconic BMW 503 and 507 of the 1950s. Staying remarkably true to the Z07 concept that captivated audiences at the 1997 Tokyo Motor Show, the production Z8 brought concept-car drama to the road with virtually no compromise.
Every detail of the Z8 reflects BMW’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovation. The side-mounted turn signals are seamlessly integrated into the sculpted side vents, remaining hidden until illuminated.
Inside, the cabin celebrates vintage minimalism, with contemporary features discreetly tucked behind retractable panels. The car’s signature flowing lines are made possible by an intricate MIG-welded aluminum spaceframe — produced in Dingolfing and meticulously hand-finished in Munich. Even the taillights and indicators are powered by long-lasting neon tubes, offering instant response and exceptional durability. With production kept intentionally low, nearly every component of the Z8 received careful hand-built attention.
Under the bonnet sits BMW Motorsport’s renowned 4.9-liter S62 V8, shared with the legendary E39 M5. Producing 400 hp and 500 Nm of torque, and positioned behind the front axle for perfect 50:50 weight distribution, it delivers both balance and breathtaking performance. While BMW claimed a 0–100 km/h time of 4.7 seconds, independent tests recorded an astonishing 4.2 seconds firmly establishing the Z8 as one of the great performance roadsters of its era.
