Description

I liquidate my collection and sell a BMW 330ci convertible of the E46 series as a facelift with 6-speed manual transmission. The 6-cylinder has run 144,000 km and I have been the 3rd owner since 2015. The convertible is in untinkered original condition with great equipment. Buy – allow – drive off.

Condition:

Very neat condition in the interior without abrasions on the leather or scratches.
Everything works. No errors in the TFT.
Bodywork and paintwork are in very good condition.
After 22 years, the underbody has some flash rust on the axle carriers, but no rust through. Engine and gearbox are tight.
The tires have enough tread, but are from 2015 (front) or 2017 (rear) and were not renewed because the car was in collection from 2020 and was not moved much.
Since 2015, the convertible has always been covered at the trickle charger in the underground car park and was only driven in dry weather.

Notes:

The description and photos of the vehicle are meaningful and true. There are no hidden defects, because the vehicle is really in very good condition. More photos can be sent on request (mobile.de only allows 15).
The vehicle is registered and can be test driven in Dortmund at any time. Of course, prospective buyers must bring a valid driver's license and identity card. I then sit in the passenger seat.
Of course, the vehicle can be inspected at the buyer's expense at BMW, the local TÜV or another specialist company. Alternatively, I can offer that the vehicle can be placed on the lifting platform at "KFZ-Technik Schulz" after a short test drive on the A40 in Bochum. I also stored the hardtop at this specialist company.
The purchase is documented with a current purchase contract according to the ADAC model contract. The vehicle will be handed over with all accessories and documents against cash payment or real-time transfer - an exchange for other vehicles, wives or glass beads is unfortunately not possible.
If transport on the road or by freight forwarder is desired, the buyer must take care of it himself. I recommend KROSCHKE, for example, with whom I have always had good experiences.
The vehicle is sold under exclusion of any liability for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of the Seller's duties or on injury to life, limb or health.
