Well-restored short-wheelbase 911 S, finished in its original colour Blutorange. Rebuilt with a focus on correct specification and consistent overall presentation.
First registered in March 1968, this Porsche 911 S is an early short-wheelbase example equipped with its 2.0-litre air-cooled flat-six engine and manual transmission.
The car spent part of its life in the United States before being acquired by its current Belgian owner in 2018. A comprehensive restoration was subsequently carried out by a recognised Belgian Porsche specialist.
The restoration included a full disassembly of the car, with body, paint, interior, engine, gearbox, suspension, braking system, and electrical components rebuilt or restored. Attention was given to maintaining correct factory specification in terms of finishes, materials, and overall execution.
The car is presented in its original colour, Blutorange, with consistent panel fit and a correct interior configuration. Mechanical components were rebuilt during the restoration and the car is in proper running condition.
During the restoration, the engine and chassis numbers were restamped. The car retains its original engine type and configuration, and documentation is available to support its history and restoration.
Today, the car presents as a well-executed restoration, offering the character and driving experience of an early 911 S, with full clarity regarding its history.
