As the successor to the "Pagoda," the R107 had a challenging legacy to live up to. It was released as the 350 SL in 1971 and, with numerous model updates, remained in the lineup for 18 years – a clear testament to its high design potential.

The R107 series was further developed and perfected in many details, making our 300 SL, produced in 1987, the final stage of innovation, particularly attractive and in excellent condition.
