1976 | Bitter CD

The Bitter CD 245 is a remarkably original example – not a freshly restored barn find, but an honest, continuously registered classic with real history. It was configured and first owned by Howard Carpendale, featuring an exceptionally rare interior that was produced only once or twice.

The car runs reliably, starts without hesitation, and is in good, well-maintained condition. Many components have been renewed, and of course it comes with historic registration (H-plate). I am selling one of my four Bitter models, and this one is my preferred candidate.

You don’t come across a car like this every day. For those who appreciate true originality and character, no distance is too far. Winter storage is included.
A daily driver may be accepted in part-exchange.

The CD is currently registered and can be test-driven in good weather.

A note on provenance: Howard Carpendale was not just another celebrity Bitter owner. He was a friend of Erich Bitter, raced with him, and was involved as a representative during the development phase of the Opel CD. A wonderful story – emotionally valuable, though only marginally relevant for market appreciation.
