The success number from Italy is without a doubt the Fiat 500. As little weight as possible, sober equipment so as not to get in the way of the previously released more luxurious 600 and easy to maintain, even by the owners themselves. A car for the Italian people, cheap and able to traverse the narrowest streets in the cities. But it does have a rear seat.
More than 3.5 million copies of the '500' have been sold. The steel that was used as little as possible, however, had the property of being quite susceptible to rust, just like many other cars from that time. Fortunately, the Fiat 500 offered by us has been well tectylated since its 1974 delivery. Last year the car came from its 1st owner! from Belgium to the Netherlands. The 500 has a classic Dutch registration in 'old blue' and is ready for use.
Fitted with 4 new Michelin tires for safety reasons. The original tires were dried out.
