1964 Jaguar E type series one 3.8 Roadster finished in its original Carmen red with a perfect black hide interior and a black mohair hood and sitting on perfect 5" chrome wire wheels. It is supplied with a Jaguar Heritage certificate which confirms that retains its original Engine, Gearbox, and Body all of which can be checked on inspection of the car.  Restored about 15 years ago but has had very little use since and has therefore remained in exceptional condition. Always destined to become a collectors item and described by Enzo Ferrari as the most beautiful motor car ever produced. The twin overhead camshaft engine is 3800cc with a power output of 265bhp with 240lbs of torque and a published 0-60 time of just 6.4 seconds which were outstanding figures in 1961 and certainly more than adequate today. This 1964 Jaguar E type 3.8 series one roadster is undoubtedly one of the very best early E types currently on the market today. Still with its original Coventry registration number of 8517 WK as it was first registered by Jaguar cars on behalf of a client who resided oversseas. The conversion to right hand drive was executed by Twyford Moors who have many years of experience with classic Jaguars and the conversion has been expertly carried out.
