On its way from California is this beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible. By 1968, the Mustang had already become a true American icon. It retained the recognizable lines of the first generation while gaining a slightly more mature and muscular appearance. Especially as a convertible, it offers everything you would expect from a classic American car: a long hood, short rear deck, open-top driving and, of course, a V8 under the hood.
This example comes from California and has a very solid and healthy body. An important detail is that the car still retains its original floors and original body panels. This says a lot about the solid basis of this Mustang and makes it an attractive and largely original example.
The body is finished in beautiful Night Mist Blue, combined with a blue two-tone interior. It is a very stylish combination that suits the lines of a late-sixties Mustang perfectly. The paintwork is older and naturally shows some signs of use, but still presents very well with a beautiful deep color and plenty of character.
